for teens

Supporting teens and families with anxiety, depression, communication, relationships, family dynamics, grief, heartbreak, sexuality, and more, through actionable home practices and emotional support.

Sessions begin with a 30 minute consultation with both teen and parent in attendance. I then offer a 50 minute private parent intake session to discuss history, concerns, and goals for our work together, from the parents perspective. Next I meet privately with the teen for 3 sessions. I text or email the following day with the home practice for the week to both the parent and teen. And I offer an additional text check in to the teen during the week if desired.  Parents can schedule a 30 minute update check in at any time with me. Consultation with teen and parent required before purchasing program.
